Place the chicken breast fillets, chickpeas, figs, red onion, and garlic on a large sheet pan. Add the olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt and pepper, and toss thoroughly. Position the thicker end of the chicken toward the center of the pan.

Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes, until the chickpeas are browned and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 74°C. The figs should be soft and caramelized around the edges. If the fillets are very thick, extend the baking time by a few minutes.
